Usually, on attempting the first time in the Anturis dashboard, the list would show up empty, like the attached screen cap.
We'd have to close the div/window and try again before the list loads up the cpu monitors properly.
This time round, it seems no matter how many times we re-initiate the window, the list remains blank.
As per the topic description, I have set the "Minimum check failure" to 2 but I still received the notification alert(failure) although only fail once.
I installed recently the cPanel plugin and it shows up empty in WHM, any idea?
We no longer support whm/cpanel. Plugin will be removed from our web site soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To remove plugin from your server please execute the following command:
I enabled the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.
I've noticed that in the Daily and Weekly reports, the subject dates are not the same as the dates in the contents of the reports. They seem to be a day off.
Is that by design or an error?
Example: Daily report
Email Subject: Anturis: Daily up-time report for 10 Dec 2014
Email Content: Thu, 11 Dec 2014 (UTC)
Example: Weekly report
Email Subject: Anturis: Weekly up-time report for 30 Nov 2014 - 07 Dec 2014
Email Content: Mon, 01 Dec 2014 (UTC) - Sun, 07 Dec 2014 (UTC)
