This is a feature request:
Feature request 1: Remove "type" groupings in Monitors tab.
The left pane has both components and monitors tabs which is great. The Monitors tab groups the monitors by type, yet there is a type column. This is duplicate information (redundant). It would be nice that it didn't group the type of monitors or at least have the option to disable that feature.
If the groupings by type would be disabled, it would allow sorting monitors by name or component without being broken up by type.
Example: We monitor the CPU, Mem, Process, Ping, and TCP of a single component. Because of the type groupings, these monitors are broken up even if I sort by component.
Feature request 2: Add Agent column in the Monitors tab.
It would be nice to have the option to see and sort monitors by agent.
We will think about option to change status when all locations fails
After some hours, the entire anturis.com dashboard came crashing to a error 502 and cannot be accessed now.
Have a computer that is monitoring a freezer alarm fro Bio-storage! When the computer crashes or shuts down or disconnects from the network I need to receive an Alert! I have installed the service agent but I do not see an "monitor" for that?
I do not want any "process" monitor
I just monitor which can alert me when the "user agent "is down
1. Create any monitor with your local agent and when your computer with agent go down you will be alerted in a few minutes
2. Install agent on the other computer and create ping monitor with this agent to your monitoring computer.
i would like to informe that my anturis whm plugin is no longer working on all my servers …
for some reason it open an empty page just like that screenshot attacked on this post !!!
also i already re installed the plugin to see if it resolved and the same still going on …
is that something temporary ? if this is a permanent issue, how could i complete remove that plugin ?
i appreciate any information on this matter, looking forward to hear from you guys …

I have been using Anturis for about 1 year now and would like to say how impressed I have been with the product, it's improvements, reliability and quality of service. I hope that the product will continue to grow and we at BAS Technologies certainly recommend Anturis as a reliable, cost effective monitoring solution for SME's.
My clients have been impressed with the responsiveness that your product has enabled in our role as operational support for their systems. Our support team like the intuitive web interface and the highly configurable monitors available out of the box along with the ability to create bespoke monitors for products not supported out of the box.
I would love to see some more configurables around user management so that we would only need one account to manage and provide views for several clients and out of the box support for other major database platforms such as Oracle and SQL Server but these are not critical issues. We currently do monitor Oracle databases and have the ability to monitor SQL Server, Oracle FMW and other applications using the Anturis tool set with our own scripted solutions which demonstrates the flexibility available in your product.
