Agent use any open port. To connect agent to anturis.com need to allow incoming/outgoing connection to 67.225.148.163

In which port does anturis client connects to IP 67.225.148.163?

Which protocol is used for that, TCP or UDP?


We have been experiencing problems with multiple shell monitors on the same agent.

It seems that when one of the monitors halt or takes too long to respond, the other monitors are affected.

Does that make any sense to you?

Hi,


As I mentioned early, agent use any open ports on your server. Agent make connection to 443 port at 67.225.148.163(anturis.com). We use tcp only.

To figure out this issue please indicate agent name with this issue and affected monitors. Also please send us log files from /opt/anturis/log/ or C:\ProgramData\Anturis Monitoring if you are using windows version.

I'm have many problem with agent of the Anturis, in this case I have wich to restart the agent when I receive problem to all services.
